Symptoms often appear as disturbances in mood, emotional regulation, thought processes and behavior. Mental and physical health are interconnected where physical health is an integral part to mental health treatment. When physical activity is incorporated into therapeutic treatment, self-efficacy is strengthened. I offer individuals and families a program that combines therapy with an add-on of exercise.
