When you're living with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, it can be hard to feel like yourself. Maybe you're showing up for others while quietly struggling inside—pushing through the day, but feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or just not okay. These feelings can take a toll over time, making it difficult to feel hopeful or grounded. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (2004), and I support clients through a thoughtful CBT and Talk Therapy, always working at a pace that feels right for you.
