Hi, my name is Ashley Burner, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with adults, teens, and couples, and I especially enjoy supporting clients who have experienced trauma. Many of the clients I have worked with are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions—times when life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard to carry alone.
