I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings. I specialize working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, stress, and grief. I help client's overcome feelings of overwhelm, sadness and stress through an individualized approach. The modalities I use include EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies.
