I am a LPCC-S in the state of Kentucky. I’ve spent over 15 years helping people move through some of their most difficult moments. My background includes everything from family systems work to psychiatric hospitalization-from adolescents and families navigating conflict, to couples working through complex dynamics, to individuals managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders, which means I’m comfortable holding space for complexity, crisis, and change.
