Healing is a rocky and messy journey, we often quit and walk away from it before we see the true beauty of what healing can do for us. We all have different roads we have traveled and each of our goals are different. If you want to start working on yourself but fear the road ahead, I encourage you to reach out and let me walk your path with you. If you are battling addiction, trauma, low self-esteem or self-worth, or if you are just trying to figure out the next path to take, I encourage you to reach out and we can walk toward healing together. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. I work to provide a safe and warm environment for you to be who you truly need to be in order to find your true self.
