Life can become overwhelming and stressful. Life changes and transitions can lead us to feeling anxious, depressed, or uncertain about how to manage our daily lives. I want to help clients who want to make a change to better manage their life situation or circumstances. I have a lot of experience working with clients with anxiety and depression. I also work with a variety of other diagnoses/issues such as mood disorders, marriage/family, behavioral concerns and substance abuse.
