She may feel overwhelmed by constant worry about food, shape, or weight, but is motivated to explore a different way forward. She hopes to let go of rigid rules, reduce shame, and build trust in herself again. What she ultimately wants is freedom—freedom to enjoy life, relationships, and her body with greater kindness and self-respect. I specialize in eating disorder recovery and body image healing. Together, we use tools like CBT, mindfulness, and creative practices such as art and writing to explore new ways of coping. My goal is to help clients feel more at peace with food, their bodies, and themselves.
