Therigatha Center for Psychotherapy (TCP) serves primarily adult women between the ages of 18 and older from interpersonal trauma such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect, along with medical trauma. Trauma can manifest itself as anxiety, depression, problems with sleep, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and intimacy and somatic complaints (to name a few). TCP offers trauma treatment that is gentle, thoughtful, and based in neurobiological research highlighting the mind-body connection using EMDR and parts work offering hope and healing. TCP recently added canine therapy to help regulate clients nervous systems View 9 Photos I offer a compassionate approach using a body-centered modality. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a trauma-informed lens which allows for a holistic look at the person, mind-body and spirit. Currently I offer an IFS model and EMDR helping to heal trauma and regulate the nervous system.
