Having experienced life in the grip of fear, I care deeply about supporting those navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients heal from relational and religious trauma. My approach is steady, curious, and intentional about helping clients meet their goals. Not to mention, throwing in light-heartedness and fun when necessary! I believe the magic of therapy begins in a safe, authentic relationship. Because your unique needs call for a medley of different approaches, I draw from CBT (thoughts), IFS (emotions), and existential (meaning) therapies. While each is different, I'm confident they all work together to give us healing and direction.
