As a social worker and therapist, I specialize in child and adolescent therapy, supporting children (ages 6–10), teens, and families through emotional challenges and life transitions. I use expressive and play-based techniques to help young clients build resilience, improve self-expression, and develop healthy coping skills. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where children and teens feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I also collaborate closely with families to strengthen communication and connection.
