Deciding what I wanted to be when I grew up was an easy choice. I always gravitated toward working with people and working on teams. I find that therapy is a team effort with an important goal in mind. I prefer taking a Person-Centered approach while bringing in CBT and ACT techniques to help you accomplish your goals. I enjoy using my training & experiences to offer practical tools for day-to-day wellness. Additionally, I am a Registered Art Therapist. I often find that solutions can come when we get creative and open ourselves to something new.
