Life can feel complicated, and at times it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Stress, anxiety, self-criticism, or unresolved experiences can weigh heavily and make it hard to move forward. You may be doing all the “right things” but still not finding the clarity, balance, or sense of peace you’re looking for. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, build effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where all parts of your identity are honored and respected. In our work together, we’ll focus on both immediate strategies to help you feel more grounded, and deeper exploration to understand the patterns that keep you stuck. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical — combining insight with real-world tools you can begin using right away.
