I am Ashley Erkkila, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW based around the metro Atlanta area. I specialize in working with adults with Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety using several processing therapies including EMDR and CPT. My therapeutic approach is building a strong individual-based treatment plan that is client-centered. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I focus on how the nervous system processes traumatic memories and help clients reorientate their bodies and minds around trauma or anxiety using this neuroscience-based/somatic treatment.
