As we work together, we will strengthen your intuition so you can live the life you want. In a collaborative, strength based process, I will challenge you to look at the parts of yourself that you have been avoiding or unaware of. (I promise we will laugh too!) Want to get that promotion at work? Need to make boundaries with the people who are taking too much from you? Avoiding an uncomfortable conversation? EMDR therapy will help with that. I am now offering EMDR intensives. I specialize in life transitions, marital issues, coming out as LGBTQ at any age, divorce, new parents/single parents, intergenerational trauma, remarriage & blended families, boundary development and building community. I understand the societal and familial pressures to do everything “right," as well as the complexities of not feeling fully “you.”
