I am certified in EMDR, and I have knowledge and training in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and prenatal/postpartum concerns. We do serious work in session, but I approach my work with lightness, and I firmly believe that lightness can lend itself to true connection, growth, and even laughter.
