My name is Ashley Hackett and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the field. My focus is to provide the necessary tools in learning how to heal from past traumas or difficult situations. I am here to help you be the best version of yourself that you inspire to be. I work with adults, teens, and couples. I mostly treat clients with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, difficulty in communicating, and relationship problems. I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and person-centered, narrative therapy to help my clients achieve their life goals.
