I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and individuals in high-stress roles explore what has been weighing them down, release what no longer serves them, and build practical tools for balance and clarity. Therapy is a collaborative space to move forward carrying only what you need. I specialize in working with children and young adults, with a strong focus on at-risk behaviors, emotional regulation, and life stressors. With over 20 years in public service, I provide practical, supportive therapy that builds coping skills, resilience, and healthy decision-making in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
