I specialize in helping highly emotional, sensitive individuals/kids & overwhelmed parents navigate daily challenges, transitions & big life events. Many parents experience overwhelm & can feel stuck when their children are anxious, displaying out of control behaviors or regressing developmentally. I collaborate with parents and individuals to cultivate healing through increasing awareness of emotions & behaviors to co-create age and developmentally appropriate tools for emotional regulation, that help resolve emotional conflict & restore balance to the family unit. I also provide 1:1 parent coaching, individual & family therapy.
