I specialize in supporting adults and couples facing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges—including communication issues, emotional disconnection, and major transitions. In addition, I offer Prepare & Enrich premarital counseling. I integrate faith when requested and respect all beliefs in an inclusive, client-centered space.
