Are you tired of surviving and ready to start living again? I have worked with many clients who come in with their head barely above water trying to survive day to day. With the many stressors in life these days, people often lose sight of the positive things happening around them even if they are few and far between. I am here to help you heal from past wounds that continue to show up and cause distress in your life. I provide a safe environment to guide my clients through these difficult times, develop healthier coping skills and feel empowered again. I work with adults and mom's struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and unresolved past trauma. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
