I specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals learn to better manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that cause problems in living. Examples of problems that DBT effectively treats include mood dysregulation, impulsivity, trouble with relationships, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. Although DBT was originally developed to treat BPD, it is also effective in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
