Do you need support transitioning to college life? Are you struggling to manage your stress levels? Does your teenager need help managing big emotions or a recent trauma? I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings such as outpatient, school based and foster care. I work with children, adolescents and college age individuals to support them in making the changes they seek. I am also in the process of obtaining my PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification). The perinatal period can bring about a variety of mental health related issues and I believe support for that population is important.
