Starting therapy can feel awkward and uncomfortable — usually when you are already struggling to keep your head above water! I create a space that’s both professional and human — where we can explore the hard stuff, but also find moments of humor and relief along the way. Therapy should be a safe, comfortable place to say the things you’ve never said out loud — and to finally make sense of them. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I help adults understand challenges, develop coping strategies, and learn how to be happy again. It's not my job to tell you what your life should look like, but to help you build the life you want based on your own values, priorities, and goals!
