As a mental health professional, I truly believe therapy should never be viewed as a "one size fits all" approach. Along with this ideology, I take great care in personalizing all treatment plans to be just as unique as the individual sitting in front of me. My goal as a therapist is to ensure I am providing each individual/family a safe, comfortable setting and providing the best possible therapeutic interventions to achieve an overall sense of well-being.
