When partnering with clients, I value inclusivity, compassion and individualized best practice interventions. I hold firmly to a non-judgmental approach and prioritize safety while assisting you in meeting your desired therapeutic goals. I have a wide variety of experiences including working with persons with chronic illnesses, grief, bereavement, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with humans with body image problems, disordered eating, and eating disorder treatment. I am also a trained and registered yoga instructor and often utilize therapeutic mindfulness and movement practices with clients.
