I have experience working with Borderline Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, phobias, Schizophrenia, and ADHD. My practice provides a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with your authentic self. Together, we'll not only address your struggles but also uncover and celebrate your strengths. My goal is to assist you in finding peace and balance in a world that can often feel chaotic. I'm a dedicated mental health professional who understands firsthand the complexities of mental health struggles. My journey into this field was driven by my own experiences, and I firmly believe that mental health challenges are nothing to be ashamed of. We are all more than our struggles and our trauma.
