I have extensive experience in various areas, including grief and loss, trauma, navigating life's transitions, providing support to LGBTQ+ youth, and offering Christian counseling services when requested; While working with several diagnoses, including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder. In my office, you’re allowed to feel and express those feelings safely (laughing, crying, anger, etc.) You’re also allowed to not know how you feel. You’ll be met with compassion, empathy, real-life examples, and usually some sarcasm, if that’s your jam. Being diagnosed with ADHD myself, I have firsthand experience of how overwhelming "normal life" can feel, especially when you're trying to balance relationships, kids, work, and/or school. I work person-centered and neurologically strengths-based. I’m trained in working with Complex Trauma and Dissociation through the AIR Network Training Institute.
