I offer individual counseling with a special focus on supporting those navigating the complexities of the perinatal period, including pregnancy loss, infertility, traumatic loss and beyond. My primary focus is on creating a safe, supportive, empathetic and judgement free environment. It is always my goal to meet each person where they are in their journey. Understanding of the challenges women face related to infertility, loss, and postpartum experiences I strive to create a safe and nurturing space. I am focused on helping individuals manage depression and anxiety and transitions. Drawing from my expertise in CBT, I incorporate a variety of techniques tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in the belief that by understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you can begin to make meaningful changes that enhance your well-being. In addition I have completed part 1 of EMDR training.
