Healing begins with empowering people to recognize their control and individual strengths. We are all humans doing the best we can in our current circumstances. I use a blend of Gottman and EFT, while specializing in working with couples. I believe that any obstacle can be viewed as an opportunity to grow together and individually. For individuals, my approach is integrative, using CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic existential approaches. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to feel supported, validated, and heard throughout their therapeutic journeys.
