Hello and Welcome! My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and above all, honors your innate wisdom and ability to heal and grow. I emphasize healing from relational wounds, regaining nervous system regulation, releasing shame, strengthening mind/body relationship, and cultivating present moment awareness. I am a clinical social worker and meditator with 13 years of practice. Together, we will weave together talk therapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness-based and somatic practices to ease your resistance to life as it is, strengthen you ability to self-regulate, and care for the root of your difficulty that is impacting the present. I whole heartedly embrace curiosity, attunement, presence, and creativity, and invite you into a warm and non-judgmental space where I hope you will feel seen and supported. A space to slow down, listen closely, be kind to yourself, and get to know who you really are.
