My approach is holistic, using the connection between mind, body and spirit to help enhance self-discovery and encourage the freedom to look at where you come from, where you are now and where you want to go. I am experienced working with both adult and childhood trauma, substance use, depression and anxiety. I provide a safe, comfortable and non judgmental environment where clients can begin to explore thoughts, feelings, memories and dreams.
