The path towards healing takes our minds and hearts on a journey that brings up memories of early adversity, past traumas, and present-day challenges. In the face of adversity and trauma, we are biologically wired to adapt, leading to creative ways of coping that often no longer serve us in healthy, supportive, loving environments. I know this can feel overwhelming to process and navigate given the complexity of your lived experiences and the impact on well-being. I strive to provide a space for clients that gives them permission to explore what is still serving them as well as what they would like to let go of.
