Do you ever feel as though your emotions, thoughts, or worries have control over your life, perhaps causing you to feel stuck, avoidant, or overwhelmed? Maybe you have noticed a recent concerning shift in your behavior, or that of your child or teen. Perhaps you or your child has experienced a recent life change or traumatic event that you are having difficulty processing on your own. You may feel alone and confused about how to move forward. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages with an emphasis on working with teenagers and adults. I specialize in treating mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and eating disorders utilizing CBT, DBT, and strengths-based counseling to help you reach your peak mental health.
