I have dedicated my career to helping clients who struggle with substance abuse/dependency, complex trauma issues, and grief and loss. I have been working as a mental health therapist and alcohol and drug abuse counselor for over a decade, and became an EMDR trained therapist in 2017. I enjoy working with adolescents, children, families and young women. I utilize the style that best fits my clients needs, such as cognitive behavioral approaches, reality-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
