Are you struggling with life transitions, college adjustment, trauma, or difficult relationships? As a therapist, my goal is to help facilitate your journey towards feeling safe and in control of your life and advocate for and with you. Clients seeking personal growth in communication, reduction of anxiety, healthy relationships, and assertiveness will find helpful resources with my practice. I enjoy helping those who are seeking autonomy, positive feelings of self-worth, and the ability to adapt to stressful situations through real coping skills. Many of my clients focus on boundary work, assertiveness, and ending cycles of trauma. I often focus on women and college students that are healing from sexual, emotion, and physical abuse and establishing safety and trust with your body and your relationships. I offer a real connection in therapy due to genuinely enjoying my clients and my work. I provide accommodations needs for college to ensure space for healing.
