Hello, my name is Ashley N Long-Labaar (she/her). I am fully licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor and hold an Associate License in Marriage and Family Therapy. I provide individual therapy both via telehealth and in clinic in Downey CA. I am passionate about mental health and providing a safe non-judgmental space where clients can begin their journey to understanding and healing. I specialize in working with children and adolescents 0-17. I approach each therapeutic engagement with the understanding that for children this can be scary and work on building trust and rapport with my clients.
