Life’s challenges can leave kids, teens and adults feeling off-center, but together through therapy you or your child can move forward. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences — empowering clients of all ages to move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My focus is working with individuals, especially tweens, teens and young adults, struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, teen challenges, communication, stress management, family conflict, school issues and trauma.
