It took a lot of courage for you to make it to this point. I imagine your journey has had fluctuating ups and downs, and now you’re seeking support to get through life’s challenges. Sometimes it can feel daunting to try and move forward in life when you feel stuck, whether it be due to the cards life has dealt you or even sometimes getting in your own way. I use an individualized approach and combine embodiment techniques with parts work and psychodynamics to better help you gain insight into yourself and release unhelpful narratives, beliefs and stuck emotions. I also consider the intersectionality of your identities while doing so with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens.
