I primarily work with children and adolescents facing difficulties with emotion and behavior regulation, depression, anxiety, school-related issues, bullying, attention and impulse control, family and life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self-harm, and trauma. My experience spans various settings, including a psychiatric residential facility for children, a community non-profit, and public education as a school counselor. For adolescents and adults, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
