My approach is rooted in honesty and compassion. I see emotions as valuable signals that can guide us toward a more fulfilling life, even when they feel confusing or overwhelming. By making sense of these emotions, people often feel more grounded and empowered. Much of my experience has been with active-duty service members and their families, and as an Air Force dependent myself, I deeply understand the unique culture and challenges that come with military life.
