I'm a holistic eclectic therapist who works with adults and adolescents. Two seemingly opposite truths can exist at the same time which means while you want to focus on coping skills and changed behaviors in the present, it’s important to connect to a deeper self awareness: mind, body, spirit. Everybody is uniquely themselves so it's important that I work with the individual needs of each client by exploring the subconscious and root causes of emotional dysregulation and ineffective behaviors. I combine the use of evidenced based practices with a humanistic approach to provide an integrative healing approach.
