Hi! I’m Ashley Smith (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety, eating disorders, and sex therapy. I work with individuals to build insight, reframe negative thoughts, and create meaningful change. I also support couples looking to reconnect emotionally or sexually. My style is warm, empathic, and direct. I use CBT, DBT, EFT, and a humanistic approach, and I'm Gottman Level 1 & 2 trained. I aim to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
