My ideal clients are children and adolescents seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma. They need help with emotional regulation and developing tools to face challenging situations independently, feeling understood and nurtured throughout. Additionally, I work with individuals aged 20 to 70 who have experienced betrayal trauma from a loved one. These clients need help with regulating their limbic system, healing from trauma, and redefining their relationship goals. Therapy focuses on setting boundaries, managing anxiety, and rebuilding a sense of normalcy.
