I work with children, families, and individuals to promote lifelong change. At times, children can struggle to be fully present in what it truly means to be a kid. Children can struggle with social issues, developmental disorders, mental health diagnoses, trauma, and family dynamic concerns. When a child is struggling with any of these issues, early intervention is essential and available. I also have experience working with adults. I have helped many adults learn to cope with a variety of mental health struggles including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma.
