Hi! I'm Ashley. I've been practicing Therapy since 2103 and am honored to have sat across from so many incredible souls. Life can be so beautiful. It can also be so incredibly hard and challenging to navigate. I'd love to support you as you seek healing and restoration. I specialize in helping women and men in Kentucky, Tennessee, & Virginia navigate eating disorders & body image issues, postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility challenges, trauma work, women's issues and more through compassionate therapy including CBT, EMDR, person centered therapy and other experiential therapies.
