I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with substance use as well as many mental health diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. In sessions, I work with clients on building independence, self esteem, and increasing awareness about their mental health. I do individual counseling and collaboratively work with my clients to establish personalized goals to address their specifically identified core issues.
