I love working with teens and young adults as they move through major life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, and emotional ups and downs. This stage of life can be confusing and intense, but it can also be a powerful time for growth and self-discovery. I enjoy collaborating with educators in therapy to help them navigate stress and support their personal well-being alongside their work in the classroom. I also provide a safe, empowering space for those who have experienced domestic violence. Healing from abuse takes time, compassion, and support, and you don’t have to do it alone. I take a relaxed approach to therapy. I utilize serval approaches based on my clients needs, including Person-Centered, Rational Emotive Behavior, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
