I am both a Licensed Professional Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adults and families in CT. My therapeutic style provides a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere so that clients can safely explore their treatment goals. I specialize in working with individuals as well as family systems struggling with addiction issues. Additionally, I am well versed in treating an array of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and PTSD and am very interested in the clinical areas that include relationship hardships as well as self-care and wellness ventures.
