I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has twenty-two years of clinical experience. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma and PTSD, and emotional disturbance issues. I have worked with individuals, couples, minors, families, and children, and I integrate many therapeutic techniques such as Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused, Coaching, and Existential therapies. I believe that each individual, couple, and family has a different way of relating to the world at large, and I treat each person based on their unique individual needs and preferences.
